Summary: If it sounds too good to be true . . .
Comment: This book was a big disappointment. First, in order to lose lots of weight one must take an injection that is not legally approved for weight loss in this country. One would need to find a doctor, who would prescribe it and learn how to give oneself the injections. Then eat 1 oz. of lean chicken or specified fish and and a handful of lettuce a few times a day. Well, everyone knows that if you can stay on this kind of diet you will lose weight. Duh!!! I should have know that anything that sounds too good to be true is probably a joke.

Comment: I got this book in excitement of learning some natural ways to lose weight and keep it off. As I started resading I realized the Author basically repeats the same things over and over telling you you will lose weight but not how. Not till like the last 12 pages or so does he tell you what to do but not how to do it. Then the list is so great it would take alot of money, time to research and hours devoted to it, that it's not worth it. I gleened a few things i knew would be good for me but over all the book is just a redundant "you can do it" infomercial.

Comment: He has been indited by the Federal Trade Commission, just do a google search! He takes a few vague bits of information that sounds like the truth and twists it into a profit making machine.

Summary: Impossible for Vegetarians, Impossible without daily injection of Human chorionic gonadotropin daily
Comment: Please read about Human chorionic gonadotropin before buying this book as injecting this daily is required for success.
In addition you must be willing to eat a 500 calorie high protein (meat/fish) diet.
There is other good advice in the book that is good for general health and weight loss but the meat of the book is meat and hcg injections.
