Comment: I sent an order out for this book on Saturday afternoon, with a response telling the book should be shipped and would in 3-5 business days. However, Wednesday afternoon I received an email telling me that my order had been cancelled, with no information as to why the book wasn't being shipped. They claimed they had not charged my credit card for the purchase, however my card statement says that it was, in fact, charged. There is no phone number, only an email address to contact, so I'm just hoping I can get my money back. Very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof.

Summary: Indian nonsense
Comment: on accident, I duplicated an order. Called immediately after i had process my credit card. I was told that the order was still processing so i could not cancel and to call back five hours, which i knew was ridiculous. He did not even let me talk, and I was just told what to do. When i did call back i was told it was already in a box ready to ship. The second man who I spoke to was kind and knew how to do his job and was very helpful. Now I have to wait for it to arrive and then return it to the UPS store after.
