Summary: A good book for those who want to communicate successfully in mordern world
Comment: This book is really good for successful communication not only in business but in everyday life. It gives an overview of types of communication, how to use a right channel for news depending on the type of news you have, how to leave voice mail, how to inform about good and bad news. I have always had problems in communicating appropriately via e-mail and this book was of immense help in this area. I guess it is a wonderful resource for anyone who wants to communicate successfully in any type of situation.
