Summary: A+ book
Comment: the book was used but it looks like it's still new, barely used. The shipping was good, did the regular shipping and it came in the mail within a week!

Comment: I paid more for this book because it said new and with a CD. When I got it, the CD had been opened and part of the glue from the seal is on the CD and I'm not able to get it off without damaging the CD.
The book came quickly to my door, but I paid more than I should have because it wasn't new.

Summary: Amazon site caused me to order this, wrong edition
Comment: Was trying to order the 6th edition when i went to check out it said other formats, paper back for a cheaper price. When I got it it was the wrong edition Amazon's faught.

Summary: Watch the software
Comment: This book was in exactly the condition that the seller said it was in. It had a few scratches on it and a (very) small amount of highlighting in it, but other than that it was in great condition. The seller mentioned that the CD was unopened in the back of the book, and that was the case. It arrived about a week after I ordered it, not counting the Christmas and New Year's Holiday in there.

As far as the actual product goes, it probably contains every word and phrase ever uttered that has anything to do with modern computers. 1347 pages counting the index, 2 inches thick, about a 10 font, I would guess this book weighs about 7 pounds, so it's big and contains a mountain of information.

Comment: I bought this book for the A+ class at my school. I knew nothing about computers before I read this book. Now I can build my own!! Thank you Jean Andrews!!!!
